This part, identified by seller stock number F12280, is a Grade A knee assembly, indicating it is in excellent condition according to the seller's grading. Knee assemblies are critical for structural integrity and mounting points related to the strut assembly, so compatibility with your vehicle's original configuration is essential. This listing is specifically for the left front knee assembly from a 2002 Chevy Corvette. While the seller notes the side as LF, buyers should verify that this corresponds to their vehicle's requirements, especially if the repair involves the strut assembly, as these components often work together. The knee assembly's fitment is based on the donor vehicle, so comparing this to your Corvette's build and any aftermarket modifications is advisable. When considering this part, compare it with your existing knee assembly's condition and configuration, paying attention to mounting points and any integrated brackets.
