1997 Chevy Corvette Knee Assembly (see also Strut Assy) — Part # A22245A — Riteway Auto Parts-PRP West · Phoenix, AZ

When considering replacement parts for your 1997 Chevy Corvette, one often overlooked aspect is ensuring the exact location and side specificity of assemblies like the knee assembly. This component plays a crucial role in the vehicle's interior structure and safety, particularly in the lower dashboard area near the driver's left front (LF) side. The listing identifies this part as the LF Knee Assembly, which is essential to confirm for proper fitment and function. This knee assembly is listed with a grade A condition, indicating it is in excellent shape, but as with all used parts, visual inspection and verification against your vehicle's specific configuration are recommended. The seller notes specify it as the left front (LF) knee assembly, which is important to distinguish from the right side or other related components such as the strut assembly, which is referenced for related parts. When comparing this knee assembly to others, consider the exact side (left front) and the year and model of the donor vehicle—here a 1997 Chevy Corvette. This ensures compatibility with your vehicle's interior design and mounting points. The part number A22245A is the seller's stock identifier and should be used for inquiries but does not confirm OEM status. Before purchasing, verify your vehicle's interior layout and confirm that your knee assembly matches the left front side. Also, compare this part's condition and grade with other available options. The seller's note and grade provide helpful clues, but a direct comparison and inspection are advised.
