2024 Ford Edge Engine WT0120

When selecting an engine replacement for your 2024 Ford Edge, one critical factor often overlooked is the exact engine configuration and drivetrain compatibility. This ensures seamless integration and optimal vehicle performance without unexpected modifications. This listing offers a 2.0L turbocharged engine (2.0T) paired with an automatic overdrive transmission (AOD) and all-wheel drive (AWD) system, specifically removed from a 2024 Ford Edge with approximately 59,000 miles. Notably, this engine is without a turbocharger, which may affect performance expectations and compatibility if your original engine was turbocharged. Buyers should verify if their vehicle's original setup matches this configuration to avoid installation issues. This engine is graded A, indicating it is in excellent condition according to the seller's assessment. The seller notes an estimated CO2e savings of 1194kg, which may be relevant for environmentally conscious buyers considering the impact of engine replacement. However, the absence of a turbocharger in this unit suggests it may differ from some Edge models equipped with turbocharged engines, so confirming your vehicle's original engine specs is essential. When comparing options, consider whether your Edge is equipped with AWD and an automatic overdrive transmission, as this engine matches those specifications. If your vehicle has a different drivetrain or transmission type, this engine may not be compatible.
