2023 Chevy Equinox Engine — Part # C3335 — Green-Bells Auto / Fenix Los Angeles · Sun Valley, CA

When considering an engine replacement for your 2023 Chevy Equinox, one critical factor often overlooked is the condition of the engine block and its associated components. This particular engine, with an estimated 42,000 miles, offers good compression, indicating solid internal performance. However, it requires a secondary oil pan replacement and has some cosmetic damage on the block, which may affect installation aesthetics but not necessarily function. This 1.5L engine is a viable option if you are prepared to address these specific repairs. This engine is graded A by the seller, suggesting it is in generally good condition despite the noted cosmetic issues. Buyers should verify the exact VIN match and confirm the engine's compatibility with their vehicle's specific configuration, as this listing is based on the donor vehicle alone. Comparing this engine to others with similar mileage and condition can help you determine if the repair needs align with your budget and expectations. The seller's notes provide valuable insight into the engine's state, including compression status and required repairs. Before purchasing, check the fitment with your 2023 Chevy Equinox, especially regarding engine size and any unique configurations your vehicle might have.
