2022 Genesis GV70 Engine A2A118

When considering an engine replacement for your 2022 Genesis GV70, one often overlooked factor is the condition and performance of the turbocharger system, which significantly impacts power delivery and emissions. This listing features a Grade A engine that runs nicely but is noted to have a less effective turbo, which may affect acceleration and fuel efficiency. Buyers should weigh this aspect carefully against their performance expectations and potential repair costs. This engine is sourced directly from a 2022 Genesis GV70, ensuring it matches the original specifications for this vehicle model year. The seller notes that it runs nicely, indicating good operational status, but also mentions a "Less Turbo" condition, which suggests the turbocharger may not perform at full capacity or might require servicing. Additionally, the estimated CO2e savings of 1194kg reflects the environmental benefit of reusing this engine rather than manufacturing a new one. When comparing this engine to others, verify the turbocharger condition and consider whether you are prepared to address any turbo-related repairs. Confirm the engine's compatibility with your specific GV70's trim and configuration. The seller's Grade A rating implies a high-quality part, but the turbo note is a critical detail to factor into your decision. This engine comes from a reputable source with clear notes on its condition, giving you a transparent starting point for your purchase.
