2021 Ford Transit Connect Engine LP0620

When considering an engine replacement for your 2021 Ford Transit Connect, one often overlooked factor is the engine's history and condition, which directly impacts longevity and performance. This listing offers a Grade A engine, indicating high quality and reliability, with only 25,000 miles on it. The engine is a 2.0-liter AOD (Automatic Overdrive) variant, which is known for balancing power and fuel efficiency in the Transit Connect lineup. This engine includes the oil pan and timing cover, essential components that can save you additional costs and installation time. The seller notes that the engine is missing the oil pan and timing cover ("OIL PAN/NG, TIMING CVR"), so verify these parts' presence or plan for replacements accordingly. The estimated CO2e savings of 1194kg suggests this engine is a more environmentally friendly choice compared to replacing with a new or less efficient engine. When comparing this engine to others, consider mileage, included components, and grade. A Grade A rating typically means the engine is in excellent condition, offering peace of mind. However, confirm the compatibility with your specific Transit Connect model and transmission type, as variations exist. This engine is specifically from a 2021 Ford Transit Connect, ensuring it matches the donor vehicle's specifications.
