2020 Chevy Trax Engine — Part # 6F8299 — Lentini Auto Salvage-Autoly-PRP Freight · Ringoes, NJ

When considering a replacement engine for your 2020 Chevy Trax, one often overlooked but crucial factor is the engine's condition and history, especially mileage and performance with turbocharged systems. This listing offers a Grade A engine with 88,000 miles, equipped with a turbocharger, which is significant for maintaining your vehicle's original performance and fuel efficiency. The turbocharged engine indicates enhanced power and responsiveness, but it also means you should verify the condition of related components such as the turbo system and intercooler. This engine was reported to have "ran great," suggesting it was functional and reliable at removal. However, as with any used engine, uncertainties remain regarding internal wear and maintenance history, so a thorough inspection or professional evaluation is advisable before purchase. When comparing this engine to others, consider the mileage, turbocharger presence, and seller grade. The Grade A rating implies excellent condition relative to other used engines. Also, note the estimated CO2e savings of 1194kg, indicating an environmental benefit by reusing this part rather than manufacturing new. The seller record confirms this engine is from a 2020 Chevy Trax, ensuring it matches the donor vehicle model year and manufacturer. This is critical for fitment and compatibility but always cross-check your vehicle's specific engine code and configuration to avoid mismatches. For those looking to maintain or restore their Chevy Trax with a reliable turbocharged engine, this part offers a strong balance of performance and value.
