2018 GMC Truck Sierra Denali 1500 Engine — Part # AP3064 — Auto Parts Co.of St.Louis-Team PRP · Moscow Mills, MO

When considering an engine replacement for your 2018 GMC Truck Sierra Denali 1500, one of the most critical factors often overlooked is the condition of the engine block itself. This listing features an engine block graded as A but noted as damaged and sold as-is, so careful evaluation of the damage and its impact on your vehicle's performance is essential before purchase. This engine block, identified by seller stock number AP3064, comes from a 2018 GMC Truck Sierra Denali 1500. The seller notes explicitly that the block is damaged and is sold without a core charge, which means you won't have to return a core for a refund. However, this also implies that the engine may require repairs or be suitable for parts rather than a direct swap. Comparing this option with other engines or blocks should involve assessing the extent of damage, the potential repair costs, and the compatibility with your vehicle's specific configuration. Since this is a block only, additional components like the cylinder head, pistons, or accessories are not included and would need to be sourced separately. The seller's note about estimated CO2e savings of 1194kg suggests an environmental consideration, possibly related to recycling or reuse benefits. Before purchasing, verify the engine block's specifications against your vehicle's requirements and consider consulting a professional mechanic to evaluate the damage shown in the pictures. For more information on compatible parts, explore the GMC parts and Truck Sierra Denali 1500 parts categories.
