When considering an engine replacement for your 2017 Fiat 124 Spider, one often overlooked factor is ensuring the engine's specific configuration matches your vehicle's VIN details, especially the engine displacement and turbo presence. This listing offers a high-grade (Grade A) 1.4L turbocharged engine, identified by VIN character 'K' in the 8th digit, directly sourced from a 2017 Fiat 124 Spider. The turbocharged setup not only enhances performance but also affects installation and compatibility, so verifying these details against your vehicle is crucial. This engine is sold as a dismantled component and includes the turbocharger, which is a significant consideration for buyers seeking performance or replacement parts. The seller notes this engine must be sold quickly, indicating potential urgency or limited availability. Additionally, the listing references a YouTube video (ID: Cy4G0I9n5E4) that may provide visual confirmation or further details about the engine's condition. When comparing this engine to others, consider the displacement (1.4L), turbo presence, and grade rating. Grade A suggests the engine is in excellent condition, but buyers should still confirm condition specifics and compatibility with their vehicle's exact configuration. Since the engine is from the exact model year and manufacturer, it aligns well with the 2017 Fiat 124 Spider, but buyers should verify the VIN and turbo setup to ensure fit.
