When considering an engine replacement for your 2014 Ford Fusion, one critical factor often overlooked is the engine's operational history and compatibility with your vehicle's drivetrain and turbo configuration. This engine, sourced from a 2014 Ford Fusion with front-wheel drive and equipped with a turbocharger, offers a solid foundation for those seeking a reliable powertrain swap. With 113,000 miles recorded, it has demonstrated substantial use but was noted to have run great at the time of removal, suggesting maintained performance. This particular engine is graded A by the seller, indicating good condition relative to used parts standards. However, prospective buyers should verify that their vehicle matches the front-wheel-drive layout and turbocharged setup to ensure proper fitment and performance. Comparing this engine to others should involve checking the turbocharger presence, drivetrain compatibility, and mileage to find the best match for your needs. The seller's stock identifier for this engine is N305780, which can help in tracking and inquiries. While the engine's estimated CO2e savings of 1194kg is a notable environmental benefit, it is an ancillary detail relative to mechanical compatibility and condition. Before purchasing, confirm your vehicle's drivetrain and turbo setup, compare mileage and condition with other listings, and inquire about installation compatibility. This approach ensures you select an engine that will integrate smoothly and provide reliable service. Don't hesitate to reach out to the seller with your vehicle details to confirm fitment and any other questions you may have.
