2011 GMC Truck Sierra 1500 Engine — Part # 00018637 — Snyder's-Team PRP, Gold Seal Certified · Holland, TX

When considering an engine replacement for your 2011 GMC Truck Sierra 1500, one crucial factor often overlooked is the engine's operational condition and its environmental impact. This listing offers a 6.2L engine (L9H) with an automatic transmission, graded A, indicating high quality and reliability. The seller notes that this engine runs well, supported by a video demonstration, which can be invaluable for assessing performance before purchase. This engine is specifically from a 2011 GMC Sierra 1500, ensuring it matches the donor vehicle's specifications. However, buyers should verify compatibility with their own vehicle's configuration, including transmission type and engine variant, to avoid installation issues. The seller's note includes an estimated CO2e savings of 1194kg, highlighting an environmental benefit if you are replacing a less efficient or damaged engine. When comparing this engine to others, consider the grade and confirmed running condition. An A-grade engine with a running video provides confidence over engines sold as non-running or lower grade. Also, check for included components and any additional parts you may need for a complete installation.
