When considering a replacement engine for your 2011 Ford Truck F450 Super Duty, one critical factor often overlooked is the engine's operational condition and its impact on vehicle performance and emissions. This particular engine, listed under seller stock identifier 017904, is noted to run rough, which could affect both drivability and efficiency. Buyers should weigh the potential need for repairs or tuning against the cost savings of a used engine. This engine is graded as a C, indicating moderate wear and possible performance issues. The seller notes it runs rough, which suggests it may require additional maintenance or diagnostics after installation. Additionally, the estimated CO2e savings of 1194kg highlights an environmental consideration for reusing this engine instead of sourcing a new one. When comparing this engine to other options, consider the condition grade, running status, and any included components or warranties.
