2004 Chevy Corvette Leaf Spring Rear — Part # BB147 — Ripples Service, Inc. · Upper Marlboro, MD

When replacing the rear leaf spring on your 2004 Chevy Corvette, one often overlooked factor is the exact match of the spring's location and fitment to ensure proper suspension performance and vehicle handling. This listing offers a rear leaf spring specifically from a 2004 Chevy Corvette, identified by seller stock number BB147. The part is graded A, indicating it is in excellent condition as per the seller's note. Since leaf springs directly affect ride height, load support, and suspension dynamics, confirming the rear placement is critical to avoid installation errors or mismatched performance. This rear leaf spring is sourced from the original donor vehicle, the 2004 Chevy Corvette, ensuring it matches the vehicle's suspension design and specifications. However, buyers should verify dimensions and mounting points against their vehicle's setup, as variations can occur due to aftermarket modifications or different trim levels. Comparing this spring to your existing part or consulting a suspension specialist can help confirm compatibility. The seller notes the part as "REAR," which aligns with the typical leaf spring location on the rear axle of the Corvette. While the part number BB147 is a seller stock identifier and not an OEM or interchange number, it can be used to reference this specific item with the seller. When considering purchase, also evaluate the condition grade and any visible signs of wear or damage that might affect longevity. For those seeking a reliable rear leaf spring replacement, this part offers a direct fit from a matching donor vehicle, potentially simplifying installation and maintaining factory suspension characteristics.
