2004 Chevy Corvette Exhaust Muffler — Part # 12-193 — Cleveland Power & Performance · Columbia Station, OH

When replacing the exhaust muffler on your 2004 Chevy Corvette, one often overlooked factor is the specific variant of your vehicle, especially if it’s a performance model like the Z06. The muffler's design can vary significantly between standard and Z06 trims, affecting sound, backpressure, and overall engine performance. This listing offers a left-hand (LH) exhaust muffler specifically from a 2004 Chevy Corvette Z06, graded A for quality by the seller, indicating good condition. This part is tailored for the Z06 model, which is known for its enhanced performance features compared to the base Corvette. While the muffler is a direct fit for the left side, buyers should verify if their vehicle matches the Z06 configuration to ensure compatibility. Differences in exhaust routing or mounting points can exist between Z06 and other Corvette trims, so cross-checking your vehicle’s specifics is crucial. When comparing options, consider whether you need an OEM-style muffler or an aftermarket upgrade, as this part appears to be an original or OEM-quality component given the grade and seller notes. Also, confirm the side (left-hand) and inspect the muffler's dimensions and mounting points against your current setup. This listing’s seller stock identifier is 12-193, useful for inquiries or referencing this exact item.
