2002 Ford Taurus Engine 9067-1

When considering an engine replacement for your 2002 Ford Taurus, one often overlooked factor is the engine's operational hours and originality. This listing offers an OEM original test engine with very, very low hours, which can significantly impact the longevity and performance you can expect compared to used engines with unknown or high mileage. This 3.0L engine is a direct match for your Taurus, ensuring the correct displacement and design intended by Ford for this model year. The engine is graded A, indicating top-tier quality from the seller's perspective, and it is noted as an OEM original test engine, which may imply limited prior use primarily for testing purposes rather than extensive road use. However, buyers should verify fitment carefully, as this listing specifically references the 2002 Ford Taurus, and compatibility with other years or models is not established here. When comparing this engine to other options, consider the origin and condition grade carefully. An OEM original test engine with low hours may offer better reliability than a standard used engine but might come at a premium price. Confirming the engine's serial numbers, physical condition, and included components (if any) with the seller is advisable before purchase. This listing is identified by stock number 9067-1 and includes an estimated CO2e savings of 1194kg, which may be relevant for environmentally conscious buyers or those tracking sustainability metrics.
