1999 Chevy Corvette Leaf Spring Rear — Part # 25962573 — WOW Automotive, Inc. · Dallas, TX

When replacing a rear leaf spring on a 1999 Chevy Corvette, one often overlooked factor is whether the spring matches the vehicle's suspension configuration, especially if it has a sport suspension setup. This is crucial because leaf springs designed for sport suspensions can differ in stiffness, length, and mounting points compared to standard versions, affecting ride quality and handling. This listing features a rear leaf spring specifically noted as a front leaf spring with sport suspension OEM for Chevrolet Corvettes from 1997 to 2013, according to the seller's notes. Although the part is described as a "front leaf spring," the seller record identifies it as a "Leaf Spring Rear," which suggests a need for careful verification before purchase. The part is graded "X," indicating it may have some condition considerations or is a used part, so inspecting for wear or damage is advisable. To ensure a proper fit, compare the suspension type of your Corvette with the sport suspension noted here and verify the part's location (front vs. rear) since this listing has conflicting information. Confirm the part number 81044591 with your vehicle's requirements. When purchasing, consider consulting with a professional or the seller to clarify these details. This part is from a 1999 Chevy Corvette, so it aligns with the vehicle year and model listed here.
