When replacing the AC evaporator in your 1999 Chevy Corvette, one often overlooked factor is ensuring the exact fit and condition of the part, as the evaporator is critical to your vehicle's climate control system. This listing offers an AC evaporator specifically from a 1999 Chevy Corvette, identified by seller stock number 001589 and graded as 'X' by the seller. The evaporator is a core component of the air conditioning system, responsible for absorbing heat and enabling cool air circulation inside the cabin. This particular evaporator was removed from a Corvette manufactured in February 1999, as noted by the seller's date code "2-99." While the grade 'X' is provided, the seller's notes do not specify the exact condition or any included components, so buyers should carefully verify compatibility and condition before purchase. Comparing this evaporator to others requires checking fitment details such as mounting points, size, and connection types to ensure it matches your vehicle's specifications. The seller record confirms the part's application to a 1999 Chevy Corvette, but buyers should still verify the evaporator's compatibility with their specific Corvette model and AC system configuration.
