1986 Ford Bronco Engine 0801C4

When considering an engine replacement for your 1986 Ford Bronco, one often overlooked factor is the engine's condition grade and warranty status, which can significantly impact your installation confidence and future reliability. This listing offers an engine graded as 'X', indicating it is untested and sold without warranty. Such a condition means that while the engine may physically fit your Bronco, its operational status is uncertain, requiring you to prepare for potential troubleshooting or repairs after installation. This engine is specifically from a 1986 Ford Bronco, ensuring it matches the original specifications for that model year. However, because it is untested, it's essential to compare this option with other engines that may have been tested or refurbished, depending on your tolerance for risk and budget. The seller notes an estimated CO2e savings of 1194kg, which might be relevant if you are considering environmental impact alongside performance. Before purchasing, verify the engine's compatibility with your Bronco's exact configuration, as variations in engine options existed even within the same model year. Also, check for included components or accessories, as none are explicitly listed here. This engine is identified by the seller stock number 0801C4, which you can reference when communicating with the seller or searching for additional information. For a reliable replacement, consider exploring Ford parts to compare options and ensure you select an engine that meets your needs. Act now if you are prepared to handle the uncertainties of an untested engine and want to secure a core component for your 1986 Ford Bronco restoration or repair project.
